1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at woodstocktowingservice.ca (the "Site") and to any request for service you make by calling the phone number shown on the Site or by submitting our contact form. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Woodstock Towing

Woodstock Towing operates this Site to connect customers in Woodstock, Ontario and the surrounding areas with towing and roadside assistance. When you call or submit a request, your request is passed to Empire Towing, which dispatches its own drivers and equipment and performs the work.

Descriptions of services, equipment, drivers, response times and pricing on this Site describe the services offered through Empire Towing. Woodstock Towing is not a party to the service agreement between you and Empire Towing.

3. Services, Quotes and Payment

• All quotes, pricing, payment terms, invoices and receipts are provided by Empire Towing.
• Any quote given over the phone is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price is determined by Empire Towing.
• Arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions and demand.
• Empire Towing may decline or cancel a service request at its discretion, for example where it is unsafe to proceed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Woodstock Towing is a referral service only and does not perform any towing or roadside services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• All towing, recovery, roadside assistance, lockout, fuel delivery, tire change, battery boost, storage and related services are performed by Empire Towing, which bears all responsibility and liability for those services.
• Woodstock Towing is not responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of vehicles, property or personal belongings; personal injury; delays; pricing disputes; or any other loss arising from services performed by Empire Towing or its employees, drivers or contractors.
• Any claim, complaint or dispute about a service must be made directly to Empire Towing.
• Woodstock Towing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

5. Website Content

We try to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" for general information only. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free of errors. For current availability and pricing, please call us.

6. Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, have been injured, or are in a collision involving injuries, call 911 first. Do not rely on the contact form for urgent requests. Call 226-270-5364 instead.

7. Privacy

Information you provide when you call or submit our contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing your request with Empire Towing so it can provide the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
